In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hour upon confirmation of the order at email@example.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 24 hour upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

Once the order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 1-4 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 1 to 4 business days for your tracking information to be updated. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, the estimated delivery is 3-10 days for the United States and 12-15 days internationally. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to contact us to check on your order status. We will gladly help you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within the United States and Internationally as mentioned.

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
