If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours. Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: SnowLooks will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customers must provide a phone number. Snowlooks will not be held liable for packages that are returning to the sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise, the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total... So please be careful of the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. We do not ensure that the address can be changed on time before the product is sent, this is the total responsibility of the customer to place the correct address at the time of purchase. Cancellation Policy: Can I cancel my order(s)? If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately within 1 hour after the order was placed, even if you contact us within this period, we do not assure you that your order can be canceled, the customer is warned and it is his responsibility to be totally sure before making a purchase. Send us an email within 1 hour and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 1 hour window and/or because of the automatic processing and shipping reasons, even if you contact us within this period, we do not assure you that your order can be canceled, the customer is warned and it is his responsibility to be totally sure before making a purchase Snowlooks Guarantee: This warranty is a promotion that is only available until July 1, 2021. In order for your purchase to qualify within Snowlooks Guarantee you need your purchase date to be before the expiration date of this promotion, If your purchase is not within the window to comply with the Guarantee we do not accept returns or refunds promotion if customer changes their mind after receiving their order (s). If your purchase was made later of the expiration date, we can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty - damaged / broken or soiled upon arrival. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer's bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 24 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Snowlooks reserves the right to refuse any replacement if it does not meet the above criteria.
